Why eat vegan

A lot of people think that being vegan is about letting your hair grow long, never take a shower again and be a hippy animal lover. Well, it’s a little lot more than that. When you eat a plant based diet you’re not only saving millions of animals but also contributing to the environment. Wait what? Aren’t we supposed to take shorter showers, ride our bikes everywhere and recycle our trash to save the planet? Well, turns out you could be doing double the amount of impact just by eating a vegan diet.

What if I ate vegan 1 day a week for the rest of the year?

We know going 100% vegan is a big commitment, which is why we encourage people to select the days they think they could commit to a plant based diet. Of course we would love for everyone to become vegan, but we believe that by simply creating awareness on how our food choices can have an impact on the environment is a great starting point.
